If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

🕒 Cancellation Deadline

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from:

• The date you received the goods, or

• The date a third party (other than the carrier) appointed by you took possession of the product.

📩 How to Request a Return or Cancellation

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will process your refund no later than 30 days from the date we receive the returned goods. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

• The item is in its original packaging and unused.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following goods cannot be returned:

• Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• Perishable goods or those with expired shelf life.

• Unsealed items not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

• Items that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other products.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions.

We are not liable for goods that are damaged or lost in return shipment, so we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. No refund can be processed without actual receipt of the returned goods or proof of delivery.

🎁 Gift Returns

• If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.

• If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift was shipped to the buyer first, we will issue the refund to the original buyer.
